3-year MAH-LL.B. 2018

Eligibility: The candidate should be a Graduate and/or Post Graduate in any faculty/discipline of knowledge of any University in Maharashtra established by an act of Parliament or by the State Legislature or an equivalent National Institution recognized as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an Authority competent to declare equivalence, with minimum 45% Marks in aggregate for Open Category candidates ( i.e. 45% Marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together), and 40% Marks in aggregate in degree examination in all parts of the Degree Examination for candidates belonging to SC and ST Category belonging to State of Maharashtra only. The Candidates who have completed 10 (SSC) +2 (HSC) Education following Regular Mode are also eligible for admission to LL.B 3 Yrs. CET 2018 provided they have completed their Graduation and/or Post Graduation through Regular Mode/Open or Distance Mode

Total Seats: Total seats available for 1st Year of MAH-LL.B. (Three Year Law Course): 2 Divisions (Aided) – 160; 1 Division (Unaided) – 80. There is 50% Reservation for Reserved Categories from Maharashtra State as per the Government Resolution (G.R).

Admission: Admission must be taken by the student in person, by submitting the following documents:- Original Statement of Marks (CET Examination and State Board Result) with a certified copy; Original Caste Certificate by student intending to avail benefits of the category (mentioned in Prospectus of the Law College); Passing certificate and certified copy of a document indicating the date of birth, for example, school leaving certificate; Two recent passport size photographs. Payment can be made through demand draft drawn on “Bank of Maharashtra/State Bank of India” in favour of – “Principal, Government Law College, Mumbai”.
