Five Years’ B.A.LL.B. (Hons.)

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is on May 6, 2018 (3:00 PM to 4:30 PM)

Eligibility: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April 2018 can also apply.

Intake: 80 [70 seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit]. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET. Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination and 1 seat for migrant from Kashmir.

Reservation: 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 5% for Persons with Disabilities. 1 seat is reserved for migrant from Kashmir. Two supernumerary seats for Residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

Application: Interested candidates should apply only online on payment of Rs.3,050 (Rupees Three Thousand Fifty Only) for General Candidates, Rs.1,050 (Rupees One thousand fifty only) for SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PD) with copy of requisite Caste/Person with Disability Certificate. Fees can be paid online through net banking or by cash deposit at Post Office. Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee.

Entrance Test: Objective Type carrying 150 questions of 1 mark each on: English, General Knowledge, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Legal Aptitude.

Test Centres: Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur and Varanasi.

The candidates should apply online for admission through, up to April 7, 2018. The admit cards will be available online w.e.f. April 14, 2018 on the above websites.
