ADMISSION NOTICE 2019-20
Five Year MAH-LL.B. 2020

MAH-CET Examination is on 24th July, 2020

Eligibility :  The candidate must have passed the H.S.C (10+2) examination, conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, with minimum 50% marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University of Mumbai with the minimum prescribed marks to be eligible for admission to the first year of the pre-law course. The above percentage shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories including the Open category provided their education pattern should be (10+2) i.e. 10th +12th Passed. There should be a gap of not less than Two Years between 10th Std. (SSC) and 12th Std. (HSC).

Age Criteria: – AT present, there is no upper age limit for admission to LL. B 5 Yrs. (Integrated) CET Examination for the Academic Year 2020-2021. However, in view of the case pending in Hon. Supreme Court of India in WP (Civil) No. 1023/2016 and the order passed by Hon. High Court, Bombay in WP 3235/2016, the admissions to LL.B.-5 Yrs. Course will be subject to the Final Outcome of various Writ Petitions. If Age limit is made applicable it will be 20 Yrs. age for Open, EWS, SEBC Category Candidates and 22 Yrs. for SC and ST Category candidates from State of Maharashtra only as on 1st July, 2020. All applying candidates should take a note of this.

Admission: Admission must be taken by the student in person, by submitting the following documents:- Original Statement of Marks (CET Examination and State Board Result) with a certified copy; Original Caste Certificate by student intending to avail benefits of the category (mentioned in Prospectus of the Law College); Passing certificate and certified copy of a document indicating the date of birth, for example, school leaving certificate; Two recent passport size photographs. Payment can be made by applicants through online system only. For General Category, fee is Rs.800/- and for Reserved Category of Backward class it is Rs.600/-

Entrance Test: Only in the Online mode and there is No Negative marking.
