ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR
BBA LL.B. (5 Yrs) Entrance Test on 10th Aug, 2020 (11.00 am – 1.00 pm) and
B.A. LL.B. (5 Yrs) Entrance Test on 10th Aug, 2020 (11.00 am – 1.00 pm)
Eligibility : As prescribed by the Bar Council of India Rules of Legal Education, 2008 the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST category.
Application: The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 5 years Bachelor Degree course in Law is limited to 20 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicant it is limited to 22 years.
Intake: B.A. LL.B. – 180 for Aided and 60 for Unaided section, and B.B.A. LL.B. – 180 for Unaided section.
Application: D.D. of Rs. 1200 towards Entrance Exam fee shall be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune. The D.D. shall be enclosed with the application form with name and address of the candidate written on the back side of the D.D.
Entrance Exam: The question paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions and will be of 100 marks. There shall be no negative marking. There shall be 25 questions on each of the following sections in the paper:
- a) English Grammar, Usage & Comprehension
- b) Legal Aptitude, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning
- c) Current Legal News & General Knowledge
- d) Social Sciences with an emphasis on Indian Constitution & Political System in India.
Centers: Pune, New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Jodhpur, Indore, Lucknow and Jaipur.
Last date for submitting the completed application form for BBA LL.B. and for B.A. LL.B. is 30th July, 2020.
